The Marketing Research & Database Analyst is principally responsible for analyzing & interpreting data, formulating reports / making recommendations to internal and client teams based upon research findings.
The Analyst will apply of quantitative techniques to interpret data and produce sustainable recommendations.This role will also be responsible for campaign planning & implementation,performance reporting, campaign analysis and optimizations.
Details below ( must have prior experience and be able to speak in detail about each item)
Campaign Management:
Manage the set-up and execution of database marketing campaigns for both direct and email. Provide data rules to marketing services agency (for dynamic direct mail) or coordinate requests for mailing lists (for offset mailings) and other data related to campaign management through database marketing services agency
Reporting & Analysis:
Manage forecasting and high-level reporting for direct marketing campaigns (direct, email). Support near real-time analysis and reporting requirements.
Conduct performance analysis of direct marketing campaigns/programs to determine overall effectiveness, including return on investments for all campaigns.
Identify key learning’s and develop recommendations for campaign optimization.
Testing-Develop and apply disciplined and data-rich test & learn methodology. Support development or evolution of direct marketing programs by designing test methodology.
Data Mining & Adhoc Analysis:
Provide the Retail and Direct Marketing Marketing teams with ongoing and adhoc analysis and translation of data (summaries, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) to support Direct-to-Consumer, CRM and direct marketing strategic insight, program development/evaluation and evolution.
Provide manager, marketing partners and/or business with analysis and interpretation of data as required.
