• Must be able to communicate enablements and restrictions of architectures to senior business management
• Ability to simplify architectural descriptions
• Thorough understanding of enterprise architecture and system architecture
• UML 2.0, 4+1, enterprise patterns
• Real-life experience in CMS projects or at least portal projects
• Experience in software architecture
• J2EE, MVC architectures, Struts, Web Services, Day Communiqué, early riser
• Past experience as a software developer
• Patience with non-native speakers
• Worked with “Enterprise Architect” as a UML tool
• AJAX architectures and patterns
